RETURNS

Are you not satisfied with your purchase? No problem. You can return most items to get a   store credit , a   different product   or one   refund   if they are returned under the conditions below.

Please note that we do not reimburse shipping costs and any returns will be made at your expense.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To return an item, please ensure that it meets the following conditions:

• Purchase must have been made within 30 days of return
• Items must be in their original condition
• The article should not be considered as safety equipment. Safety equipment items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

IN PERSON

You can return the items to the gym. Come during our opening hours and we can help you.

BY MAIL

Before returning an item to us, please contact us by email at info@altitudegym.ca or by phone at 819-205-0959. Once you have received a return confirmation from us, you can post your item to the following address:

Please note that we recommend that you insure your item before sending it by mail. Returns are shipped at your expense and risk.
